Ingredients:
1 C flour
1 C cornmeal
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 C wheat germ
1 lb. liver
Liquify liver in a blender. Cover a cookie shee with foil. Spray foil to grease well. Mix all ingrediants. Spread mixture accorss the sheet. Bake at 350 degress for about 15 minutes. Cut and peal from foil.
Ingredients:
1 C rolled oats
1/3 C margarine or other oil
1 C boiling water
garlic powder to taste
1/4 C cornmail
1/4 chicken broth
1/2 C milk
1-2 C cheese
1 egg, beaten (or egg beaters)
3 C (about) whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 325. Combine in a large bowl the oats, margarine or oil & boiling water. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Then stir in the cornmeal, garlic, milk, chicken broth, cheese & egg. Add the flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well to get a stiff dough. Make small balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake for about 1/2 hour or until done.
